  • Name and personal identifiers entered via chatbot or web forms

  • Bot configuration and website URLs during onboarding

  • Uploaded media (e.g., audio files for transcription)

  • Email addresses (for notification or dashboard access)

b. Information Collected Automatically

  • Chatbot interaction logs and conversation history

  • Scraped public content from your provided website(s)

  • Fallback messages and generated AI answers

  • Browser/device metadata (for analytics and debugging)

c. Third-Party Integrations

We rely on trusted providers such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Google Cloud for enhanced capabilities including text generation, transcription, and speech synthesis.

3. Payments and Billing

We do not process or store any payment information directly.
All payments are securely processed via Wix Payments or their supported third-party gateways. Please refer to Wix’s Privacy Policy for payment-specific handling.

4. Why We Use Your Data

We use data to:

  • Provide intelligent chatbot services

  • Personalize bot responses using memory and history

  • Improve bot performance and generate useful FAQs

  • Secure access to tenant-specific dashboards and content

  • Notify users of updates, releases, or service information (optional, see Section 7)

5. Legal Basis (GDPR Compliance)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent: When you opt-in to receive communications or enable bot memory features

  • Contractual necessity: To provide chatbot functionality and dashboard services

  • Legitimate interest: To maintain platform integrity, prevent abuse, and improve performance

  • Legal obligation: To comply with applicable law or enforcement requests

6. Data Retention

  • Chat logs and fallback logs are stored securely per bot/tenant and retained for up to 12 months

  • You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9)

  • Theme, appearance, and FAQ data remain until explicitly deleted

7. Communications & Opt-Out

If you opt-in during onboarding or use our dashboard, we may contact you via email regarding:

  • System updates or changes

  • New feature announcements

  • Educational or promotional materials (e.g., webinars, tools)

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us at agent@iautomateeverything.com.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data.
We only share data with:

  • Subprocessors (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs) solely to fulfill specific services

  • Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law

  • Third-party hosting providers who manage our infrastructure under strict confidentiality

9. Your Rights

If you're an EU or UK resident, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you

  • Correct any inaccurate or outdated information

  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

10. Security

11. International Transfers

We operate primarily in North America but support users from the EU.
By using our platform, you consent to your data being processed in Canada or the United States, which may not offer the same level of protection as your jurisdiction.

12. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used our services, please contact us to remove the data.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as we evolve our services.
Material changes will be announced via dashboard alert or email (if opted in). Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
