5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive to provide high-quality services and maintain effective communication with our Clients. We will:

6. Client Responsibilities

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All content, designs, and materials created by us in connection with our services are the intellectual property of I Automate Everything Inc until full payment is received.

License: Upon full payment, you will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials created for your project.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the relationship, including but not limited to business strategies, customer lists, and trade secrets.
9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these Terms or the service agreement.

Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Automate Everything Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold I Automate Everything Inc, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada and the USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
